1. What's it like to work at airG?

3. How do you measure performance?

Every new team member is on probation for the first 3 months, where your performance will be monitored and you will receive a performance evaluation at the end of this period. This probationary period gives you a chance to assess the job and your ability to perform and fit in as part of the team. Once you have completed your probationary period your performance will then be reviewed on an annual basis. The annual review process will give you the opportunity to find out how you are doing in your current position and to express your views on how things are going on the job.
