Reporting Inappropriate Activity. If a community member is creating problems in the community or is not following the community guidelines, this can be brought to the attention of the airG Customer Support team.
Several options are also available for members to take action:
Block a community member – this option will block a particular member and stop all communications from that person. To block a community member simply view the member’s profile and click on the ‘Block’ link at the bottom of the page.
Report inappropriate content – any message or photo that is deemed inappropriate can be reported to the Customer Support team. To report inappropriate content simply click on the ‘Report Post’ link at the bottom of that page.
Airmail/Email – members can contact the Customer Support team by sending an email to or airmail to the username ‘SUPPORT’ and include the member’s username.
